Terms By accessing this school and any courses or digital products offered by Grace Functional Nutrition, LLC ("Grace Functional Nutrition, LLC" or "We" or the "Company"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. BY CLICKING "I AGREE" AND COMPLETING CHECKOUT, YOU ARE EXECUTING A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT WITH GRACE FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION, LLC. BY PURCHASING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THIS COURSE, YOU IMPLICITLY SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS OUTLINED BELOW.

The Constipation Fix is an educational course created and delivered by Leah Barack, M.S., Functional Nutrition Practitioner at Grace Functional Nutrition, LLC. The course provides general nutritional education, dietary information, and lifestyle guidance related to gut health and bowel function.

This course is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in this course constitutes medical advice, medical treatment, diagnosis, or clinical care of any kind. The information in this course is not intended to cure, diagnose, prevent, or treat any disease or medical condition.

Purchasing this course does not establish a practitioner-client relationship between you and Leah Barack, M.S. or Grace Functional Nutrition, LLC. Leah Barack, M.S. is not your nutritionist, healthcare provider, or physician as a result of your enrollment in this course.

2. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & SCOPE

Leah Barack, M.S. holds a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. She is not a licensed Dietitian, Naturopathic Doctor, or Medical Physician. This course does not substitute for medical care and is intended to complement, not replace, the guidance of your licensed healthcare provider.

3. MEDICAL CLEARANCE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Before making any changes to your diet, supplement routine, or lifestyle based on information in this course, you agree to consult with your licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, discharge, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grace Functional Nutrition, LLC and Leah Barack, M.S., along with their agents, affiliates, successors, heirs, and assigns, from any and all claims, suits, actions, charges, demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, and costs, including attorney's fees, related to or arising out of your purchase of or participation in this course, your implementation of any course content, or your breach of any obligation set forth in this Agreement, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This release applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIMITED LICENSE

All course content, including videos, written materials, PDFs, handouts, templates, and any other resources, is the intellectual property of Grace Functional Nutrition, LLC. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use course materials for your own personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, teach, resell, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written consent from Grace Functional Nutrition, LLC. If you are a business owner or health professional in a similar field, you may not use any methods, systems, or content from this course and present them as your own. Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may not share your login credentials with anyone. Unauthorized sharing of access will result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.

10. COURSE ACCESS

Upon purchase, you will receive access to The Constipation Fix for one year from the date of enrollment, or for as long as the course remains available at the sole discretion of Grace Functional Nutrition, LLC, whichever comes first. Grace Functional Nutrition, LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the course at any time without notice.

11. PAYMENT TERMS

Upon completing checkout, you agree to pay the full purchase amount based on the payment option you select, either a one-time payment or a payment plan, as presented at checkout.

If you select the payment plan option, you understand and agree to the following: your payment method will be automatically charged on the schedule presented at checkout without any additional authorization required from you; the total cost of the payment plan is higher than the one-time pay-in-full price, as displayed at checkout; and all installments are owed in full with no exceptions.

If any payment fails, you agree to update your payment method and resolve the outstanding balance within five business days. Failure to do so will result in suspension of your access to the course until your account is brought current. If the outstanding balance is not resolved, Grace Functional Nutrition, LLC reserves the right to permanently revoke your access to the course without issuing a refund and to pursue collections for any remaining balance owed.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, initiate a chargeback or cancel your payment method without prior written consent from Grace Functional Nutrition, LLC. In the event of a chargeback, Grace Functional Nutrition, LLC reserves the right to report the incident to credit agencies and to pursue recovery of the full outstanding amount, including any associated fees.

12. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the immediate digital delivery of course materials upon purchase, no refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, lack of participation, personal schedule conflicts, changes in financial circumstances, or dissatisfaction after purchase. Please review all course information carefully before completing your purchase. 13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be submitted to binding arbitration before any court action is pursued. You hereby waive your right to a jury trial for any dispute arising from this Agreement.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with the Grace Functional Nutrition, LLC Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Grace Functional Nutrition, LLC with respect to your enrollment in this course and supersedes any prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
