I am Leah Barack, a functional nutrition practitioner with a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. I have spent over six years working with women in my one-on-one practice, completed advanced gastrointestinal training through the Institute for Functional Medicine, and studied with gastroenterologists who specialize in constipation. But the reason I know this subject as well as I do is not just my training. It is because I lived it.

I struggled with constipation for the majority of my life. I went to doctors, got the standard advice, and walked away with no real answers and no real relief. Eventually I got fed up enough that I dove headfirst into the research myself, determined to find the answers nobody was giving me. I found them. I healed my constipation. And I built this course so you do not have to spend years figuring it out the way I did.
